The Science of Skin Tightening: Red Light Meets Vibration Therapy


Red light therapy (RLT) and vibration therapy can both help tighten skin, but they work in different, complementary ways.


Red Light Therapy: RLT penetrates the skin with specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light. This light stimulates the mitochondria in your cells, increasing ATP (cellular energy).
